At the second stage of the seventh edition, in May 2022, first prize went to Relja Mitrović, second to Marija Gjorgjievska and third to Simeon Gošev and Aleksa Aćimović.
The youngest most successful competitors are Daria Ruseva and Ana Kuzmanovska. The award for the best performance of a work by Aleksandar Džambazov went to Ema Apostolovska, for a work by J. Brahms to Andrea Nikolovska, and Jovan Terziev won a place on an Erasmus+ mobility. The Jasminka Čakar award for the best performance of a work by Chopin went to Xhevrie Tule.
The special prizes of the online part went to Naum Paloski, Eva Goreta and Yulian Stanchev.
