The second edition took place in Skopje from 30 March to 2 April 2017, with musicians from 10 European countries. The competition covered flute, clarinet, trumpet, violin, cello, piano, solo singing and chamber music, and guest professors from Serbia, Bulgaria, Montenegro and Slovenia taught at the workshops.
